Yorkshire Pudding

3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 cup milk

Beat eggs well, add flour & salt alternately with milk and beat well after each add.
Heat 1 1/4 cup fat to very hot tipping up sides to coat the sides
Pour in batter bake 15 minutes at 425° then reduce to 350° for 30 minutes
